My name is Tonya Davis-Miller and I’ve been a certified personal trainer for 12 years. I started Training With Tonya to help my clients enjoy healthy lives. My goal is to help people become more aware of their individual physicality so that they can improve their health through various fitness programs. These programs include Personal Training, Nutrition Evaluation, and Fitness Classes. Currently, these programs are being conducted through Kingdom Fitness or privately in my clients homes. |
