Monthly Packages
Monthly packages require regularly scheduled one hour sessions and a minimum 3 month commitment.
2 Sessions per week--$240 per month (8 sessions at $30 per session)
3 Sessions per week--$300 per month (12 sessions at $25 per session)
Fitness Assessment
Approximately 1 hour session for non-package personal training clients or class participants $25
Nutrition Services
Nutrition Consultation Approximately 1 hour session $25
Nutrition Monitoring Approximately 15 minutes to review journal $5
Weight Loss University Includes 12 weeks of classes on the weight loss manual, basic menu, exercise and nutrition journal, and food exchange lists, workout recommendations, and weekly exercise class. $50 enrollment, plus 2 monthly payments of $50 for a total of $150 Or, prepaid $125
Private Classes
