Personal Training is a form of exercise training where the trainer works one-on-one with a client. For each personal training client I work with, I do a series of tests to determine the best modalities of exercise for that client to be able to achieve his or her goals. Each client is different in their fitness level and goals, so each client receives a personalized program. Private Classes are a form of exercise training where the trainer works with a large group of people at one time. These will have a specific format such as kickboxing, yoga, Pilates, etc., but will not be personalized to each individual’s goals. Classes are monitored for intensity level through heart rate checks to determine if modifications need to be made for specific fitness levels. One person schedules the classes for the whole group. Rates are the same as for personal training. |

30 Minute Sessions Individual Session--$25
10 Sessions--$200 ($20 per session)
20 Sessions--$300 ($15 per session)
1 Hour Sessions Individual Session--$35
10 Sessions--$300 ($30 per session)
20 Sessions--$500 ($25 per session)
Monthly Packages
Monthly packages require regularly scheduled one hour sessions and a minimum 3 month commitment.
2 Sessions per week--$240 per month (8 sessions at $30 per session)
3 Sessions per week--$300 per month (12 sessions at $25 per session)
