Small group training is where two or three clients share their training time.  Each person undergoes a fitness assessment and has a personalized program designed for their needs.  The programs are then made as similar as possible so that the clients can all train together.  For example, if client one needs a program for weight loss and client two needs a program for muscle building, we can do the same exercise, but with different weights and reps to achieve the goals of each individual client.  While training with the clients, I will demonstrate the exercises, but give each a different weight and instruction for repetition.  We may also alternate with one client doing cardio while the other does weight training and switch out as needed if the programs are too dissimilar to do the same exercises together.  Each client would have their own personal training agreement but would only pay half of the normal per session rate.  The sessions would have to be scheduled together in order to receive this rate.  Should there be an issue where the group disbanded, the rates would convert to the normal personal training rates for one-on-one training.

30 Minute Sessions

Individual Session--$12.50 per person

 

10 Sessions--$100 ($10 per session) per person

 

20 Sessions--$150 ($7.50 per session) per person

 

1 Hour Sessions

Individual Session--$17.50 per person

 

10 Sessions--$150 ($15 per session) per person

 

20 Sessions--$250 ($12.50 per session) per person

 

 

 

 

Monthly Packages

 

Monthly packages require regularly scheduled one hour sessions and a minimum 3 month commitment.

 

2 Sessions per week--$120 per month (8 sessions at $15 per session) per person

 

 

 

3 Sessions per week--$150 per month (12 sessions at $12.50 per session) per person

3 clients+3 programs=1 training time
